Life Care
Established in 1997, Life Care is the product of a dream Dr.Moody has to help people. First located on Hwy 5 in Douglasville, Ga it now resides in downtown Douglasville as a two sided building that can help people with not only their health, but their beauty needs as well. Always looking for ways to expand, Dr. Moody has now incorporated not only a weight loss clinic into the practice but a Medispa as well.Our physical address is 8464 Adair Street Douglasville, Ga 30134.
Dionne Everett ( Office Manager)
A New Jersey native, Dionne has been in the medical field for over 35 years.Starting at Jersey Shore Hospital in New Jersey she has a vast arsenal of skills and an abundance of knowledge. She has been with Life Care for about 15 years and has worked her way up into a managerial position. She loves building relationships with the patients, helping them with whatever issue may arrive, and being the go to person in the office.
Dionne is an outgoing down to earth person who when not at work loves interacting with others, reading, watching movies and shopping. She is a well-rounded, down to earth, loving office manager and a great resource. Don't be afraid to stop in and say hello to her!
Courntey Hayden
Courtney has been a dedicated member of Life Care for almost a decade, bringing steadiness, compassion, and commitment to her role every day. She is an important part of the team, valued not only for her hard work but also for the consistency and support she provides to those around her. Her presence helps keep the team running smoothly, and she is truly an essential part of the Life Care family—a key piece of what makes the team strong and dependable. Her coworkers appreciate her willingness to step in whenever needed, always with a positive attitude. Courtney’s dedication continues to inspire those around her and contributes greatly to the caring environment Life Care is known for.
Shondolyn (Team Lead)
As Team Lead at our practice, Shondolyn plays an essential role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. Known for her reliability and warm, approachable demeanor, she is always ready to assist — whether supporting her team, helping patients, or stepping in wherever she’s needed.
Shondolyn takes initiative in all aspects of her role, from training new staff and coordinating daily workflows to offering valuable managerial support. Her proactive mindset and strong leadership ensure that both patients and team members feel supported every step of the way. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others, Shondolyn is a cornerstone of our practice.
